Complaint about charging data

Trying to deal with Xfinity and ask them to refund the fees they charged for my going over my data allowance, when EVERY other plan they offer now costs LESS than what I have been paying and has unlimited data, all I get from them is informing me that I can switch to one of those new plants with unlimited data

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Good afternoon @user_iitkiq, and thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums regarding your data overages-we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

While many of our newer plans now include unlimited data at no additional cost, some legacy plans do have a 1.2 TB data limit, which may result in overage charges if exceeded. We would be happy to review your account with you; however, please note that refunds for these charges may be limited depending on the plan you’re currently on.

That said, we can absolutely take a look at your available plan options to ensure you’re getting the best value for your needs moving forward.

To get started, please send us a direct message with your name and service address, and we’ll be happy to assist further.
