Complain paid for 3 line for 2 yeara

Hello, I am complaining about xfinity for charge me for a third line for 2 years that I have never used, I going to move to Tmobile because the same reason I am over paying to much for so long, I only have 2 lines and I went to the store and one representative told me that I have been charge for a third line for 2 years and I did not know that at all, I only have my mom and mine lines nothing else, he open a ticket for me to be able to get a refund back for over $1200 and take off the over charge of $187 that I still own for the third line, that it is insane, I never used any third line and I want all my refund back as soon as possible please 🙏 ❤️ , I am a single mom and I need my money back.

Thank you.

[Edited: "Personal Information"] my phone number is [Edited: "Personal Information"],  my mom number is [Edited: "Personal Information"].

Please pay my money back as soon as possible, I need to be over with xfinity for me to move to tmobile as soon as possible.

user_f54eet Hello, and thank you for reaching out through the Xfinity Community Forums. First, I want to say I'm truly sorry to hear about this situation. I can absolutely understand how concerning it would be to learn about charges you weren't expecting, especially if you've been paying for a line you believe was never used. I can see why you'd want answers and a resolution.

I'd be happy to take a closer look at the account and review the notes, billing, and any ticket that was opened regarding the refund request. Once I can review the details, I'll do my best to provide an update on where things stand.

When you have a moment, please send me a Direct Message with your full name and service address. I'll be glad to investigate further for you.
