Compensation - Complaint about Comcast Construction Repair

On November 20, 2025 Comcast began the repair of a broken cable line which had occurred a year prior, in 2024.  A boring company, JCB Energy Services, hired by Comcast was on site to run a new cable. While boring, JCB hit the main electrical service to our residence.  The result was no power to our home. The local electric company, Holy Cross Electric, came and completed a temporary repair to provide power to our home. A permanent repair could not be scheduled until December 1, 2025. We had to hire an electrical contractor to work with Holy Cross to run a a new electrical service line from the transformer to our house. This entailed removing part of the deck  to access the electrical cabinet so the new electric line could be installed.  This caused expense, distress, inconvenience and harm to our home.  Comcast is responsible for hiring the boring company and the damage they did to our main electrical service. We expect compensation from Comcast. We have been customers since 2003 and we want our monthly Comcast service bills to be waived.
