Compassion request - End of life

Hello,

I am contacting you on behalf of my father, [Edited: "Personal Information"].

My father is currently receiving hospice care and is approaching the end of his life. His health has declined substantially, and he is no longer making use of many of the services he has been paying for.

I am helping him get his monthly expenses under control. I would like someone to review his account and determine:

• What services, equipment, or packages can be removed to lower his monthly bill as much as possible;

• Whether there are any hardship, temporary assistance, or reduced-cost options available because of his circumstances; and

• What is required to authorize me to handle his account on his behalf.

We do not necessarily want to disconnect everything immediately. The goal is to keep whatever service is useful to him while eliminating unnecessary charges and reducing his monthly expense as much as reasonably possible.

If my father needs to verbally authorize me, please let me know the easiest way to accomplish that while he is still able to do so.
