Comcast still hasn't canceled one of my accounts
I have tried to cancel one of my accounts (at a rental) that is linked to my main home account, so I have to be sure my main account is not canceled. I've tried contacting Comcast C/S via online portal, chat, telephone, ...and now attempting this route for assistance on this issue. I finally thought it was resolved after sitting on hold and then eventually getting a representative on the line. They assured me I would get an email with the cancelation confirmation on that secondary account, but I did not. I logged in today and apparently, as suspected, it's still active. PLEASE(!) someone tell me how to just get this taken care of and cancel that secondary account. On top of all of that, I was also recently charged for another month of service!
