Comcast still billing me 3 months after I cancelled

I cancelled my account in July this year and I am still getting billed, how do I rectify this as every time I try to call it keeps telling me my phone number isn't associated with an account because the account is closed to date comcast has stolen from me about $270. I want my money back and I dont want more to be stolen from me.
