Comcast professional installation fee
Hi
I have or had an existing Comcast coax line running from the pole to the Comcast box outside of my house. This line was accidentally cut. I am wondering how much Comcast would charge to get this coax line reconnected again. Thanks! I am in Northern California.

The good news is that you've come to the best place for help, and we can definitely get the ball rolling. For this type of work, we generally don't charge tech visit or professional installation fee. Before I get us going on the best path forward, can you please confirm if your services are completely out or impacted at all?

@albert082877, Understood, so then we'll want to schedule a tech visit first, that way your services can be restored. From there, the tech will actually create the order to have the line permanently repaired or replaced, which requires specialized techs.
