Comcast inappropropriately charged my autopay and they won't send me a refund
I didn’t know my card was still on file, the charges should have been made with a different card. So I wasn’t aware it had my bank information. I immediately removed the autopay the same day I got a message saying my payment has been made and it still didn’t take the charges until 2 days later because I checked my bank for 2 days straight and nothing was taken out so I thought maybe it didn’t go through since I removed my card info and today I see the charges were taken out so I technically didn’t authorize this, the system still had my card on file even though I removed it. I also had my card turned off and comcast was still able to pull the money out of my bank??? I spoke to 3 different agent and one told me they cannot refund me since it’s been posted, the other two were actually willing to help but connection lost and the last agent initiated the refund she gave me a ticket id but I still didn’t get any confirmation. I just want help to confirm if I am getting refunded.
