Comcast does notCare about long term customers
My comcast bill has gotten out of control. I have the triple play and within 1 month it jumped to over 50 dollars per month. I called Comcast to renew the cost and it was suppose to be the same service no changes. Haha they reduced my channels down to 10 channels from 125.
I called back today and they said there were no promotions available and to put it to where is was before would’ve been over 300 for basic items I had.
comcast has disappointed me again. They don’t care about the folks who have stayed with them. I really believe it is all about money and not about caring for the customers.
I may have to look for a new vendor.
