Comcast continues to send me to collections for someone else's account
This is the second time this year that Comcast has sent me to collections for another person's account with a similar name. I spent months earlier this year having this removed from my credit report and was guaranteed this would not happen again. Unfortunately, I just found out via my credit report that Comcast has done this again and sent me to collections for an account that is not mine. They have tied my SS# to another person's account and continues to not fix it.
