Comcast charging me after cancellation!
I was charged WEEKS after I cancelled my services and returned my equipment. Every time I try to go through the Xfinity Assistant it tells me it'll connect me to a live agent and then never does. I never had this issue when I was a customer.
How do I get my money back? I've had to dispute the charge with my CC company because no one at Xfinity will help me. And then they're confused why I left.

We bill a month in advance for service, so if your account has been closed and the equipment returned here is how the refund process works: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/refunds-from-xfinity.
If you have disputed the charge with your bank, this may change the refund process as the amount may be returned to the card in a chargeback. Did your financial institution provide a timeframe on the dispute resolution?

Yes!! I have spent over 8 hours and several times on the phone just trying to cancel this service. They keep saying it's canceled and then I get a bill. 100% to the point of legal action, I'm done wasting my time. @XfinityJustinC
