COLLECTIONS

I have been sent to a collection agency and it is now on my credit.  I have sent letters to the collections agency offering to pay it in full if they remove the collections from my credit report.  They never respond.  I thought I could send Xfinity a letter or fax since I want everything in writing to show proof of my attempts to resolve this.  Unfortunately no one at Xfinity can give me a fax or mailing address for collections to send my letter to.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window   
Press Enter to send it
