collections

I canceled my service October 14, 2023 the day I had Windstream installed at half the price - I continued to be billed and now I have been sent to collections. I do not owe and should not be charged, I am actually owed a credit. I cannot find a human to speak to and the collection agency from TX has already been fired and there is supposed to be a new one from CT.  I didn't even know I owed until Credit Karma told me!
