I had Xfinity from 2019 to 2020-2021. I deployed in 2020 and when I got back, I paid it off. Now almost 2 to 3 years later I'm now getting hit in my credit because there's now an added charge of $167 to my account after all this time and is now hitting my credit. All the information on my account is correct and I've never been notified once. I've been calling all morning trying to get a representative to help me and no one helps me and your credit section even was rude to me and said they had no info on my account.

Thank you so much for reaching out and for your service to the country. Greatly appreciate you! It sounds that there was an unreturned piece of equipment. When something is not returned, and you have paid the existing past due balance, the equipment is the last piece of the puzzle. The equipment normally has around 60 days before it is charged to your account if there is not a return. 

 

There should be a collections' company listed on this account when you are looking at your credit report. The number listed on there is for that team looking to collect the balance or recover equipment if that is what is needed.

I returned that piece of equipment in 2021, i tried to return it in 2020 but your stores were closed due to covid. I returned it it was a modem and they said my account was good?
