Collections showing up on credit report

I'm seeing Comcast showing up under collections on my credit report, and I have no idea what it is from. I'd like to talk to someone, but since I don't have a personal account I can't get through on the phone system. I also don't see where to send a direct message here. I think I may need create a post first - so that's what I'm doing.
