Collections over a servuce i never ordered, never used and never agreed to
Two years ago o moved and called xfinity to habe my service transferred. I was offered better rates for internet and TV, the two services I use, and I was happy. A few mo ths later I started seeing charges for a phone service that I didnt order or ask for or agree to. I called xfinity. Confirmed that I had never activated a line and never used it and was told this was a mistake and it would be removed from my account.
Months later it hadn't been resolved so I called again and was reassured that I had nothing to worry about.
Thus year I started getting harassed by TSI collections agency
.. over this account ... it has ruined my credit and now when I call xfinity im told that because this is 2 years old they cant do anything per their policy.

HOW CAN A COMPANY JUST RANDOMLY ATTACK ITS OWN CUSTOMERS AND DESTROY THEIR CREDIT AND FINANCES????
