Collection Recall
Hello. I have an outstanding balance with Xfinity that was assigned to a collection agency. I would like to pay the balance of the debt directly to Xfinity and have the debt recalled from the agency and removed from my credit report. The collection agency name is CBE Group. Who does this request need to be escalated to in order to get this process started? Thank you!

Good evening @user_foexy8! We appreciate you reaching out and letting us know you want to pay the balance sent to collections. These payments can be made online by signing in to your account. Once processed, it typically takes 5 business days to update the Outside Collection Agency (OCA). Once fully paid off, the OCA will update the credit report as “Satisfied Charge Off”.
