Collection hold

I reached out via phone and was hold there is a collection hold on the home I'm living in. A ticket was put in and I heard back this morning via text that the hold would not be lifted and ticket is closed. However no other info was given. I need to know what needs to be paid or what I need to do to get this collection hold lifted so I can get xfinity again. Phone reps have been no help.
