Closed Account Bill

Hello:

I recently canceled service at one of my residences and can’t see the bill details for that account. Can you please help?

Hello and Good Morning, @user_854641 Thank You for taking the time to reach out to Xfinity Support, here on the Community Forum. Once an account is cancelled, access is disabled. You will no longer be able to access or log in to the traditional Xfinity My Account app. However, you will have the option to access a limited version of Xfinity My Account without signing in with your Xfinity ID and password to pay any remaining balance on your account, here https://www.xfinity.com/bill-pay

Thanks! I just need to see the bill and what it included. It was much higher than I expected. When i try to log into the link you sent, it shows my current Xfinity bill

I totally understand, @Danfan73. A final bill should have been sent according to your account settings, but I am happy to take a look for you. To get started, and to locate the account, please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address. Thanks!

To send a "Direct Message" message:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
