I HAVE A COUPLE QUESTIONS ON MY ACCOUNT. FIRST ONE IS I AM BEING BILLED $20.00 ON MY ACCOUNT FOR NEW SPORTS CHANNEL BUT I DONT HAVE IT. QUESTIO TWO I NEED TO SEE IF I CAN GET MY BILL A LITTLE LOWER ANY NEW PACKAAGES I CAN GET. THE BILL IS GETTING WAY OUT OF CONTROL!
