Chat does nto send email confirmation and bill went up
I was promised on chat that my plan would be extended for 6 months, but despite speaking with two different agents, my plan remains unchanged. I also requested an email confirmation, which I never received. I’m wasting time on the phone—this feels like customer harassment. Please fix this!
I’ve wasted 5-10 hours talking to different agents over the past weeks. The chat and phone reps are not aligned, and despite reviewing my chat logs (I have screenshots), there’s still no email confirmation. I’m frustrated and considering whether I should continue with Xfinity moving forward.
