Chat and billing customer service team horrible

I set a payment on the 3rd called on the 4th to confirm I was assured everything was good on my end well boy was I wrong Xfinity chat is trash customer in billing is horrible there rude barely can speak properly hung multiple times made false promises I have proof as well screenshot and recorded the call and they still said I was lying
