Charging for services not received

Thank you for charging me for services I never received for over 5 years. And your solution was we will send a technician out to set up cable for you. Even though you were never given the chance to utilize the service you paid for that’s your fault. Taking from single mothers you should be so proud

We can fix a lot of issues remotely but sometimes it does require a technician. Can you tell me more about what is happening with the cable service?
