Charges

My services was suspended 5.31 for 79 dollars balance… but again I can’t use the services… so why are you still charging me and now my bill is 100?

I would have to check out your billing details to see if your interruption is connected to your balance once more, if you are not seeing an interruption when alert when you access your Xfinity app. I will need to pull up your account to investigate this further.
