Charges on unreturned equipment

Back in 2022, I cancelled my TV service while still have the Internet with Xfinity. I communicated to Xfinity rep that the device had been returned and was told that the charge would be reversed and no more charges moving forward. Recently I have noticed xfinity has been charging me the monthly $10 or 8.5 on the returned device. since Aug 2022.  2 days ago, the rep said that all charges would be credited to my account. Unfortunately xFinity AGAIN did not credit the overcharges. Please advise how to solve the $181 overcharge with XFINITY. Thanks

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
