Charges for lost tv box
I returned a tv box via UPS in 7/2022. I cannot locate the receipt. I spoke to a rep on 6/19/2025. She said she would remove this charge for good. I am still getting charged for this box, through 4/2026. How can I stop this once and for all? I have paid for something not in my possession for 3.5 years…45 months.
