Charges for internet

In less than 2 years our bill has gone from $49.05 to $109 and when I tried calling customer support to ask why and how to lower my bill I waited on hold for 27 minutes and finally hung up. Customer support is a joke with this company but they're not alone. If I had more choices where we live I'd drop you in a heartbeat. Small ISP's are everywhere in Vermont but not in urban areas unfortunately. We live in an established neighborhood where everything is direct buried so we're [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"] and only choice is Comcast who keeps increasing our rates.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, user_spgggk. I can certainly understand how frustrating it is to see your monthly bill increase significantly over time, especially when you're unable to reach support after waiting on hold. That isn't the experience we want for our customers. Billing changes can occur for a variety of reasons, such as promotional discounts ending or changes to services and pricing. We'd be happy to review your account and see whether there are any available options that may help lower your monthly costs. Could you please send our team a Direct Message with your name and service address? Our team can take a further look at this issue.
