Charges for equipment that I returned TWO years ago

in the Fall of 2024, I canceled my cable service and went to streaming only.   Shortly after that, I returned ALL of the equipment I had for cable services because I no longer needed them.    When I returned the equipment, I was not issued a receipt.   I assure you that all of the equipment was returned, but someone didn’t do their job.   As a result, Xfinity continued to charge me for equipment that I turned in AND had ZERO use for.     Recently, I realized that I was being financially taken advantage of by Xfinity and switched to ATT.  Again, I returned all of the equipment    Now I’m receiving a bill for $120 for said equipment.   I have spoken to several others who have had the same thing happen.  This is very dishonest and I would like to speak to someone who can have these charges removed.   I DO NOT HAVE ANY XFINITY EQUIPMENT IN MY POSSESSION.  IT WAS ALL RETURNED.
