Charges $100 installation fee on my final invoice
I upgrades to 2gb and was told to exchange my modem at the store. Drove there and installed the modem myself and did not even get 900mb at any time. I cancelled my account and xfinity charges me $100 installation fee for a modem I picked up and installed myself
