Charged without my knowledge
Just recently looking at my bill I noticed I was charged twice for paramount plus. Then I noticed I was charged for amc plus and I don’t even have an account with them. Started looking in my past statements and xfinity has charged me 7.99 without my knowledge for over a year! And now I can’t get ahold of anyone to answer and help me. This is a nightmare.

@user_5obx0x Thank you so much for reaching out for help with Paramount Plus and being billed for the subscription without you knowing. Paramount Plus is an internet based subscription, so it is set up on your end through the X1 TV box. The Subscription can be managed directly from the box, and you can choose the option to have it billed to your Xfinity account. We do have the option to see when it was set up and confirm what box it was set up from if you would like and any time a subscription is attached to your Xfinity bill we do also send out a confirmation email letting you know as well as have the subscription listed on your detailed bill each month.
