Charged with multiple accounts on same address and same name for over an year

Hello,

We started a new service with xfinity on Oct 2024 they created multiple accounts on the same address with the same name and kept charging us multiple times for over a year we noticed it and are trying to get our money back but they keep saying amount is huge we will create an ECM ticket and then keep closing the ticket. Should I take them to BBB?
