Charged when I haven't set up Internet + random partial/one-time charges??

I'm a new Xfinity user and am trying to set up WiFi in my apartment. I initially signed up for the 800 mbps plan on the 19th and selected the own modem option, but after realizing my modem is no longer compatible, I tried to change my plan to include the xFi Gateway. This request didn't go through so I chatted with an agent on the 21st to get the xFi Gateway added and shipped. I recently looked at my billing, and my next bill is due on September 14. I'm confused on this, as I thought that I would be billed once the equipment is activated and fully set up, which it is not. Additionally, the bill after that is somehow $188.08? There's the Internet charge of $70, but there is also a partial charge of $85 and a one-time charge of $30. These charges were never mentioned to me when I was speaking with the agent, neither did I ever acknowledge and agree to these charges, and there is no explanation of where they are coming from.
