Charged twice for first time sign up
So, I purchased xfinity internet for the first time. I waited for an email and never got one. I tried to sign in and it said that my account did not exist. But, I had the charge on my card. So I looked it up and people said this has happened to them and they had to purchase the internet package again. So I did, and it finally worked and I have the account now. And I got charged a second time. I would really like to get a refund for this because it was xfinity's fault for it not going through the first time.
