Charged twice for bill
Hello I was charged twice for my bill this month and just would like a refund. A chat agent told me it would be refunded but I received a bill credit instead :(. I submitted a ticket but afterwards it said I didn’t submit anything so I’d like to handle that please!

I am very sorry to hear about the experience with the refund process, and double payments. Typically, the tickets placed for refund take 24-48 hours, and then if the refund was submitted, it would be 5-7 business days based on your financial institution. How long ago was the ticket submitted?
