Charged repeatedly after service disconnect

I am currently disconnected and missed one payment. I went to pay my past due balance and you people are charging for both Oct and Nov!! I am not paying for service that I do not have! I'd like to pay my past due balance of $262.15 and have my services restored but I can't get a live person to handle this! Your assistant is useless! I'm about to take my business elsewhere if not corrected!!

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Will going into an Xfinity store help this issue move along faster?

@user_bo930o

Xfinity bills a month ahead, so if you paid your past bill you probably now owe for the upcoming month [November].  Nothing wrong there.

I am not a Comcast Employee.
I am a Customer Expert volunteering my time to help other customers here in the Forums.
