Charged in October After Closing My Account in September

Hi,

I closed my Xfinity account in September, but I noticed I was still charged through Auto Pay in October. Could you please explain why I was charged after closing my account and confirm whether my account has been fully closed? If the charge was made in error, I would also like to request a refund.

Additionally, my Xfinity equipment is returned in person at store. However, I have not received a confirmation email. Is there a way to verify that my equipment was successfully returned and obtain a receipt or confirmation?

Thank you for your help!

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
