Charged for Xifinity mobile/never used for service and internet double

I have a xifinity Internet at home, I have been charged double for this.
the weird things is they have keep showing a bill of Xifinity mobile, I never had Xifinity mobile services. I kept getting called from debt collection  that bills has been referred, and that I need to pay. I am shocked. I called Xifinity service several time to understand what’s it. They kept answering it’s all good.. no idea what’s the issue and they charged my internet doubled now. I have called several time again, a girl picked up the call and dropped it as soon as I talked. I don’t know whether it’s a third party vendor or services itself is thief. I needed to go to store, which I haven’t yet chance. This is very disgusting, I wish they can stealing the amount, and what credit collection it’s when you used the mobile services..
