Charged For Unreturned Equipment I Never Recieved

I used to use xfinity internet and opted instead to use my own modem and such, as not to have this scenario happen, however It seems now, even after cancelling my billing through a grueling process where I couldnt get through to a person for over a day, just stuck at the automated message machine. As well as being lied to by customer service over text saying the canceled my subscription, which was then explained to me by someone who after hours of scheduleding a callback finally called me back and explained that my service was not able to be cancelled by the text customer service. I have to say Im glad I stopped using Xfinity, which clearly the customer service people weren’t as they tried to ask me why I stopped using it and tried pushing more xfinity services on me, even though I had already swapped internet plans. I thought this was all over after that but lo and behold, it rears its head once again in the form of things I never even got being charged to me, thanks Xfinity, hopefully you respond before the scheduled bill date so we can resolve this but just so you know if you read this, I am not paying you anymore money than I already have.
