Charged for unreturned equipment but was never given equipment
I have cancelled my services with Xfinity, and I was just charged $120 for unreturned equipment. When I started my service, I never recieved any router equipment, only the flexbox which doesn't match the serial number requested. I used a third party router that I already had and I never got a router with my package. I am wondering how to get rid of this charge.
