Charged for Tech visit
I recently had a technician out to my apartment to verify why my internet was not working. Turns out a company installing fiber in my area cut the internet line outside and that was the reason that I was out of service for 3 days. I was charged for an in home visit fee of $100 but I don't believe I should be held responsible for that fee since this is something out of my control and the only way to get it fixed was to have a tech out and assess the problem.
