Charged for Tech Service
I was charged $70 for an in-home service fee when a tech had to come repair my cable line that my neighbor ran over with his lawnmower. This is the second time this has happened and I wasn't charged the first time and the first tech never buried the cable line, preventing another cut. This cut line wasn't my fault and I would like the $70 to be taken off my bill. I have tried to "chat" with an Xfinity agent about this with no answer and trying to call the 800 number is a lost cause to actually get a human voice.
