Charged for service

Charged for monthly service bill but account was cancelled and closed a month ago. Please process refund and discontinue to charge my account.

by the way, go with anybody else besides xfintity they are terrible at customer service and WiFi services

Hello @user_5r2d4t thank you for taking time out of your busy day to let us know about your billing concerns, I know I wouldn't want to pay for service I no longer have. Usually in these cases where the service has been canceled, but you're still charged happens when you have your autopay on.

You're billed a month ahead with Xfinity so if you cancel and the new bill has printed it will automatically process, but the following billing statement you should receive the prorated adjusted amount of your last service dates. Once the credit post to your account you will usually receive an email with information regarding your refund. Again this is based on the billing service dates and when you canceled service. Have you received a notification/email of about receiving a refund?
