Charged for over data usage when I have xFi Complete unlimited plan.

Why am I being charged extra for data that I’m using when I have an unlimited plan! This is absolutely unacceptable, I pay for unlimited data because people in my household work from home and attend school yet I get charged extra I need an explanation.
