Charged for equipment I never received
Hello. I’ve tried for years to get this resolved and am trying again now that I want to add a landline. There is still a tv box and remote listed on my account. I never received the tv box and remote and never used it. I thought it got solved a few months ago. A very nice agent removed the charge from my account (with a credit) but the equipment is still listed. I would like it removed so I can add a phone line and not mess up my account. Please advise! Thank you!
