Charged for a service visit

I was charged $100 for a service visit when I was clearly told by the agent who set up the appointment I would not be charged for this visit. I asked specifically if I would be charged and they told me, no, I would not be charged I’m a longtime Xfinity customer. I am very upset with the fact that I was told one thing and another thing happened this is making me think I should leave Xfinity altogether.

Can you please DM me your first and last name, along with your full-service address so that I can assist you further.-Richard
