charged for a service I told them I didn't want
I had problems all day yesterday with billing and then at the end of it all I finally get things worked out, get an email and it says I was charged $5.99 for a streaming and TV service I told the woman I DID NOT WANT. I was on the phone for hours. I want a credit for that 5.99 today.
