Charged for a random amount without any bill
On Jun 2nd, I was charged with an amount of $25.88 on my credit card. I could not see any bill for that amount and started working with customer service team.
Each time I reached out to the team, they could not explain the charges and suggested that a refund is in progress. After almost a month of working with the team, I am raising the issue here as I have not been able to get any resolution from xfinity, either to explain the charges or to refund them
