Charged for a phone I did not order
I was charged for and sent an iPhone 16 Pro Max that I did not order. When I received the phone that I did not order, I called Xfinity Mobile, requested a return label, and returned the phone within five days. It has now been over a month since I received the phone, and I still have yet to be refunded. I have called about the issue three times, sitting on hold for over an hour for two of the calls. I was told that a refund would be issued on March 23rd, and then told March 28th. Honestly, I'm struggling most with the fact that a refund was not immediately issued, as this was Xfinity's mistake, and not mine. The charge for the phone still reflects on my credit card.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
