Charged an additional payment after already canceling my service

We canceled our internet service at the beginning of February and paid any remaining balances needed. I was then charged another payment today. I would like that explained to me. The charges do not match what we were paying for service before we canceled.

Hi there @user_dw5g5z thank you so much for reaching out on our Xfinity Community Forum with your billing question.  You will usually see the change reflect the final bill printed after disconnecting the account. All pending credits will be applied to the final bill as well.  Please click the link below for more info.  Let me know if this is helpful.

Yes, they gave us a final bill when we canceled and we paid the remaining balance. However, this new charge does not make sense or tell what it was for. It shows where we paid in Feb and says balance moving forward as $0.00. Then below that shows a charge labeled as one-time charges for $100.00 plus taxes $9.33 which makes it a total charge of $110.08
