Charged AGAIN after service was canceled
I’ve contacted customer service THREE times now. First occurrence : guy told me I would be getting my refund and I have proof off the chat. Told me I’d be getting refund through my card. I submitted proof via online chat with him.
Second occurrence : lady told me the first guy didn’t even submit in my refund request so she assured me I was getting a refund via check in the mail. Waited 2 weeks, no refund so I contacted customer service AGAIN.
THIRD OCCURRENCE : Lady was awful, couldn’t understand a single thing she was saying. I kept repeating myself over and over had it doesn’t seem she was understanding me because she kept asking the same questions over and over just in different form? It didn’t make sense. Was on the phone for AN HOUR and she made it seem like I was a liar about my proof when I told her I can send in anything they needed. I have my bill statement, I have my email from Xfinity saying something was paid. I canceled my service with Xfinity in JULY but yet I was still being charged in October? Of $64.11 and TWO representatives told me I was getting a refund and I waited 2 months now. This is ridiculous and it seems I’m not the only one experiencing this issue, MULTIPLE friends and family of mine have said they experienced this too and it seems people who also submitted a forum also have this issue and MORE!!! It’s really ridiculous you have these people working on the phones giving everyone the runaround and they don’t even speak proper English when the phone tells you to submit 1 or 2 for English or Spanish. MAKES NO SENSE. Currently convincing anyone I know to just cancel Xfinity because this is awful. I’ve been with them for so long but now this is just ridiculously insane.
